Who may create the Microcosmic Force? Are only those, who are leaders, capable oof
dealing, with the action, that creates the Microcosmic Force?

Everyone creates the Microcosmic Force, simply by living, or living in the
astral/etheric planes of existence. Life, individual life, creates the
Microcosmic Force; all who live, no matter, where they are, or in what physical
or non-physical presence they are, create the Microcosmic Force.

The Microcosmic Force is created in greater amounts ,when the person/being acts in
the only way they can act- to be true to themselves.

The Microcosmic Force is the natural creation of life.
