How do you know, and build, self- trust?
Trusting yourself is the first step; listening to what you are
feeling; trusting in your awareness, of the truth you're feeling,
by the energy, which is created, and the presence, of the creation, of the Microcosmic
Force, which occurs, only in the creative activity- of truth.
You know you do what is right, true, and loving; in that
knowledge/information, you trust, what you're going to do in
situations, coming into your life, is the only act you can do- to be true to yourself.
This is building self-trust, because you trust yourself, to know and do
what's right and true, for you.
You build trust by acting on what you're trusting in your feelings; to
show you the answer, to the present situaion; when it works out,
this builds confidence in your ability, to know truth, from error.
All of these build self-trust, but above all- you know your total
being is working through you; it is truth incarnate; you
know you have the foundation of truth- here and now; the rest is
icing on the cake.
The Microcosmic Force is being created constantly within you, because your total
being is- truth of you.
May the Microcosmic Force be with You!
