Problems come into normal size, when you look at them, with a sense of
humor. If you can laugh at your problems, then you're starting on the
path to solve them.
It's only when we make our problems seem more than what they are, that
we begin to allow our emotional deriviatives to gain control and
control how we feel about ourselves, the problem and the world in general.
By laughing at how we work on them, or how we're letting them control
our actions, etc., we put them back to manageable size, and can look
for the answer, by trusting our feelings, trusting ourselves, and
coming up with the right answer, for the problem.
Many times problems create a problem tree; if you find an answer to
one problem- others will disappear, of their own accord and volition.
Look for the funny bone in any problem, or simply at yourself, so you
don't get lost in pride in what you feel you can do better than
others; this leads to living in pride, rather than living and
interacting authentically, with yourself, and others.
